Ruby is fantastic, very friendly and Professional. Communication is great and she always gives 100 per cent in all she does . Ruby always makes sure you are happy throughout all of your treatments . My daughter also uses Ruby for treatments and is very anxious, however, Ruby always puts her at ease and makes her feel comfortable. Would very highly recommend xxx

Had eyebrow threading and tinting. A lovely job done as always.

Have been to Ruby’s Beauty Room a couple of times and the service has been very good. Today I had eyebrow threading and tinting. Ruby took great care and explained about the tinting as it is the first time I have had tinting with Ruby. Really pleased with the result and would recommend. I will be booking another appointment soon 😊

Ruby is the best in the game for brows. Threading is painless and I'm always super happy with my brows. I've also had a facial from Ruby which was very relaxing, thorough and made my skin look and feel great. Ruby is professional, hygienic and I always enjoy our chats during my appointments☺️ I would definitely recommend!

Ruby was lovely, I originally booked for wax and tint, I asked about Henna which she explained, she then preceded to apply Henna even though it took longer than the time I had booked for. Very pleased with the end result and the extra care to detail of the foot massage provided! Thank you Ruby!

NOSE PIERCING. Amazing. What a truly lovely friendly lady. She made me feel like we’d known each other for years. She uses numbing cream. She asked me where about on my nostril I wanted the piercing. When we’d decided where it should go she marked the nostril with washable marker. She was gentle and kept me informed at each step. She works from her home extension. It was spotlessly clean and smelt lovely. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family.
