I had my first consultation and patch test done for Electrolysis with Nilima today. I felt comfortable and relaxed and everything was explained to me in detail so I understood what was going to happen. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment with Nilima and getting rid of my stubborn hair that previous laser hair removal wasn’t able to remove. I got my eyebrows done today and I’m honestly so happy with the result! It’s usually quite difficult for me to maintain a good shape, but this time it was done perfectly. My brows haven’t looked this neat and well-shaped in a long time. A big thank you to Hetal for doing such an amazing job—she was very precise and understood exactly what suited my face. I had such a lovely experience with Sukhi today! She made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her professionalism really stood out.
