⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a relaxing and rejuvenating infrared sauna experience! The setting was calm and beautifully designed, with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly. I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. The studio itself is warm, calm, and very welcoming, which really adds to the whole experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. I got a last minute booking for my waxing and within the time allocated, Nicola managed to wax my leg and do a Brazilian for me. In conversations, I realised it was actually the same salon I use to go to at Fulwood. I was dead happy to be back with them. Really grateful for the friendly and wonderful service.

The usual friendly, helpful and professional service from Nicola and cheerful staff the Beauty Room Preston. Looking forward to my next appointment in the new year.
