The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly. A truly lovely reset for body and mind. Would absolutely go again. ✨

I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. The studio itself is warm, calm, and very welcoming, which really adds to the whole experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. I went for a back, neck and head massage. Adele is great, really friendly and puts you at ease. She really works the areas that need the pressure but the whole experience leaves you relaxed and stress free.
