As usual great experience, I came to Dubai and extended my stay by 1 day just to be able to visit the salon. Basel has put together a very solid team with amazing skills aside from a great human touch. I really enjoy my time here with casual chats and outstanding service. Shoutout to Mahmoud the only barber in Dubai that always overdelivers thanks to his eye for perfection. Outstanding team. Mona was amazing And kind, also professional and fun to talk to. Ali who did my hair really knows his job well. He was very attentive and made sure I got exactly what I asked for. He is also creative and talented, was able to give wise suggestions. His assistant was also very good. I’ll definitely be coming back here when I’m back in dubai. Prices are also very reasonable.

The mani-pedi service itself is of a good standard, but I would have preferred a more relaxing and quiet experience. The manicurist was quite talkative throughout the session, including speaking in Tagalog for part of the time, which made it a bit tiring and less restful for me. I wanted to finish and leave quickly. For future visits, I would appreciate a calmer environment, with minimal conversation unless the client initiates it or clearly seems open to chatting. It would also be preferable to avoid starting conversations with other staff during the service if the client is trying to relax.

This is one of the best salons ive tried In Dubai. From the Calmness cleanness , how they so friendly and on top of all professional 👏🏻👏🏻 i tried nails and hair and i was very very satisfied no comments at all.
