Ahhhh I love this woman. She is SO kind (plus extremely beautiful), and welcoming Alhamdulillah - also does a really good job at doing my brows!! I’m excited go back :D

The service was really good which made up for the wait to be acknowledged. It was almost 10min before Trisha came to the seating area, saying she didn’t know we had arrived. Knowing you have bookings I would think that the staff are waiting at the entrance to meet the clients? Also, please may I suggest having instrumental music playing. The music not only was it inappropriate but also vulgar. Made the experience unpleasant from a setting perspective.

Safia always give 200% of herself when doing her facials. She never disappoints. When she starts, I wish it could go on for days lol that's how much I enjoy her magical fingers doing their magic on my face.
