I booked the appointment for my wife. The pedicure and head massage was awesome. However this was soured by the 30 minute wait for the treatment to start. Appointment was for 11h00 . My wife arrived at 10h55. After waiting up until 11h30 she had to approach the staff to enquire about the appointment. There were three other clients. They were assisted before her, even though their appointments were scheduled for much later. Many thanks. We will return and hope for a better pre appointment treatment. Regards Vaughn

I visited the salon today for a pedicure and was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable and at ease as a tourist. Inshaaf was great! It was both our kids first time getting hair cuts, and since they’re still very young, they can’t really sit still. We were a bit nervous about taking them for their first cut knowing how they can be, but Inshaaf was super patient through the whole process.
