Had an hour Sports/Deep Tissue Massage with James and it has really helped! I severely injured my ankle ligaments so booked to see James who helped in the short term by easing the pain but also in the long term by offering great advice. Would definitely recommend.

I have had 2 sessions of the lymphatic drainage massage. Lisa listened to my concerns & I found her so helpful & reassuring. The treatment is very gentle & I have seen results with less water retention & bloating from session one. I will continue on a quarterly maintenance programme and would highly recommend

It was amazing experience. Antonia was very kindly and experienced not like hight street massage shops. She is well qualified and trained. She got magic in her hands. I do house removals and it’s heavy lifting work and my back and neck hurt lot. Everyday when I wake up in the morning and I took me half an hour to straighten my back even hurt while sleeping and today first time I wake up normal as health person no pains after yesterday’s session with Antonia. There is no doubt that Nina does what it says in the tin... a really good power massage. I had hip surgery not too long ago and Nina is helping me get back doing the sports I love by working through scar tissue and addressing the strains on weakened muscles. Highly recommend.
