This was my second visit for a sports massage with Yuri, she again was friendly and professional. Yuri concentrated on my problem areas to help loosen off those tight muscles in preparation for an upcoming race. Will be booking in again for a post race massage.

Josefa is so knowledgable and was able to quickly identify the problems in various different areas of my body after a short assessment. I went away feeling like a new person, with the aches and pains I’d felt before the treatment a distant memory.
