Any treatment with Jane is just amazing. She creates such a relaxing, calm and safe space and the treatments are all incredible. First reflexology session this time at the end of my pregnancy, and it was just what was needed! Cannot recommend enough! X

Great customer service from Renisha, I enjoyed the oxygen chamber but it did get a little too warm after a while. The red light therapy experience was my highlight as it was so relaxing. Only thing I was disappointed is that there is no shower to freshen up after the cold plunge and sauna otherwise I would have rated great.

Honestly can’t recommend therapy & flow enough. You come out feeling like you’re on cloud 9! I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life, as much as I do when having a treatment from here. Jane is absolutely amazing, her attention to detail with treatments is second to none. I go every couple of weeks or so for that pamper we all need and deserve ! Fantastic afternoon of wellness, the lady (I forgot her name) was so lovely and informative. Loved the tranquil setting, and the books on offer to read whilst in the hyperbaric chamber. Glad that there is finally a place offering red light therapy sunbeds in Birmingham.

Me and my husband decided to try the Infrared Therapy Bed. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. The space is very relaxing and had everything you needed to feel comfortable. Eye masks are provided and towels. The experience was very relaxing and I can’t wait to come back and try some of the other therapies. Thank you.

As always I walked in feeling drained and left feeling uplifted. Jane is magic she is so kind & gentle and always creates a relaxing atmosphere. I don’t just feel physically better but emotionally and mentally more lifted.

The pressure was perfect, and he checked in throughout to make sure everything felt right. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely restored. One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Charlie!

As always once again thank you charlie for the amazing massage which was much needed today as I needed to de stress today and it done me the world of good.
