Fantastic. One of the only Cold Plunge studios in Birmingham and I must say this is top of the line with quality Ice Bath Tub and modern looking interior. Service was good. Truly a good place to recover and disconnect from the daily grind. Highly recommended.

Pure Bliss at Ayuluxir! 🌿 ​I’m officially addicted. If you’re heading to Ayuluxir Wellness in Wylde Green, you have to see Dolores. She is absolutely fantastic and has a gift for finding every hidden knot and bit of tension. I walked out feeling brand new. ​Easily the best massage I’ve ever had. This was my first time visiting Evei. I was influenced by instagram, seeing the lovely blonde balayage styles. We’ve was really friendly and relaxed. I didn’t really know what I wanted and even confused myself. She came up with a few suggestions and talked me through each stage. I was so happy with my hair and will definitely be going back

What an incredible oasis. From the minute I walked in until I left, the hospitality was top notch. Amenities are exactly as advertised and is spacious enough to not feel overcrowded. Treated myself to a massage and was a great way to start my day at the spa. Totally relaxing! Met lovely people. Am already planning my next visit!

I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment. The whole experience was professional, calming, and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend 1111 to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and a truly relaxing experience.

Fantastic afternoon of wellness, the lady (I forgot her name) was so lovely and informative. Loved the tranquil setting, and the books on offer to read whilst in the hyperbaric chamber. Glad that there is finally a place offering red light therapy sunbeds in Birmingham.
