Rebecca gave me such a caring yet rather firm sport massage! She was gentle with my tight spots but worked with my pain tolerance to create space in muscles which was fully needed. Felt the aches later in the day but was a relief as I knew the blood flow was working - Thank you Rebecca, look forward to seeing you again! 🙏

In a space of 3 weeks there's already an improvement in the condition of my nails. Sarah has helped me make the most of my nails and takes the time to check how my nails are before the next appointment and I can contact her if needed.

The treatments were absolutely fab thank you ! ...sadly the spa indoor pool was cold ..and not as nice as the outdoor one ...and then finally the hotel restaurant service was so slow ..such a shame

Lovely massage and therapist Jas very professional and a really good masseuse. Also enjoyed the add on spa+ swim and jacuzzi

Both treatments I had with Helen were wonderful and helped me relax so much ! The spa has a lovely atmosphere. The music was good and the heated bed super . I would book here again.

Very friendly knowledgeable young lady who was very polite and made me feel like I'd known her for years , loved the conversation and how helpful she was. I'm so sorry I cannot remember her name but I know she came from Spain 🇪🇸.

Helen was welcoming as soon as I set foot into the spa. She explained the form and went through any concerns I had with my conditions. Helen was professional the whole time, the treatment was amazing and I felt like a new women after. I wouldn't hesitate in booking again and highly recommend her and the treatments.

Another fantastic treatment with Andrea. I had the 'Me time,'( back massage & facial) My therapist listened to my needs and carried out a lovely treatment. The salon is located on a busy high street, however you can't hear any outside noise in the treatment room & feels like you are in a secluded spa. The room was lovely & cozy making it the perfect place to be on a rainy day.

My Spa experience where I had a luxury pedicure was excellent and Helen was very good and friendly. However I would mention that the Haven Hotel reception were not very welcoming and spoiled an otherwise relaxing visit. I was not made aware of a door code needed to enter the Spa and had to wander around until I found someone in the dining room who gave me the entrance code.

Another fantastic foot/leg massage by Carmen! My feet were so swollen I hadn’t realised how tight my shoes were until after my session and I could slip my feet in with plenty of room to spare! What an unexpected change and a most welcome one! Carmen tailors your experience to what you need on that particular day, you could not be in better hands as she deeply cares and is a joy to be around!

I had a lovely manicure and an amazing Pinks Boutique Himalayan Spa Pedicure! This is my 2nd visit here, last time I had a lush scrub and full body massage.

I booked a deep tissue massage with Katia as I had pull a muscle in my back and neck. I walked in barely able to move my neck and dealing with constant spasms. I walked out a changed woman. Katia worked her magic and got rid of the pain and spasms and the relief was instant and incredible. Will be booking again! Thank you!
