As always I had the most incredible experience at Classic Beauty Boutique. The Japanese head spa was just incredible, so relaxing and my skin and hair feels incredible afterwards! Thoroughly enjoyable and would highly recommend.

Ana gave lots of information which was very useful and I have booked a treatment as a result. Thank you One small thing the skin face scanner is in the middle of the shop which is a little strange. Plus the skin consultation was standing up in a room. Would have been a nicer experience if the face scanner was in a room where you could then sit down comfortably and have a chat about what treatments are recommended.

I went in for a chemical peel and added dermablading. These 2 treatments go hand and hand, my skin feels amazing, the service was exceptional. Ill definitely be going back for for more as they offer a wide range of treatments. Just fab!!

Katie preformed 4 separate treatments on me and I’m delighted with all of them. The serenity massage was amazing and really helped the dermatitis on my scalp. I also had eyebrows waxed, tinted and shaped done to perfection. I will definitely be booking in with Katie again! 🙂

It was my first time at this Salon after my regular nail tech went MIA. Madison was very friendly, put me at ease the minute I walked through the door, offered me a drink & was warm & welcoming. She explained everything that she would be doing & why, very knowledgeable & well trained & her attention to detail is brilliant also. We chatted, we laughed, all in all I felt very comfortable & well looked after. When her boss, Cassidy came in she also was very warm & friendly too. Vicky gives her best with all her treatments and is a genuinely lovely lady. Having received a few treatments from Vicky, I would highly recommend her for any of the treatments she offers.

Such a lovely, relaxing space. I thoroughly enjoyed my IR Sauna, red light and oxygen treatments. I left feeling lighter, relaxed and ready for a good nights sleep. Thank you Ellie 🙏🏼

What a fantastic space, had an infrared sauna and will definitely be making it a regular thing, going down the list of treatments and struggling to choose what to have next!

I had a full body Swedish massage with Barbara and it was fabulous, the oils she uses had the most gorgeous scent of eucalyptus that really helped with my sinus. I came out feeling truly relaxed and my skin feels like silk . I felt very welcomed and Barbara made my first experience with her very relaxing and enjoyable, I will definitely return for more treatments with her .

5 star for the massage as I feel rejuvenated afterwards. Even though the showers are the best for a spa, we can only offer 1 star for the spa facilities. But we are glad to hear that the spa is closed from the 15th January for refurbishment which is badly needed from the lockers to the spa itself. Unfortunately, the sauna broke down that morning but was up and running by the afternoon. Advertising it as a FULL spa day is misleading as the hotel only offers 3 hours free parking. We found the 3 hours was more than adequate due to no sauna and the sml swimming pool. Very clean facilities.

My experience was a warm welcoming one, with a very calming and knowledgeable Ellie, and a lovely foot treatment which will benefit my whole body. The environment was perfectly set up for a relaxing and calming surrounding. I look forward to trying other treatments.

I have been having a course of microdermabrasion facials and the treatment room is very nice and clean and the facial is great. I went for the added neck and shoulder massage and also the add on eye mask and ice gloves. Both very pampering and relaxing. A very comfortable and relaxing space and very professional staff. Always so lovely and friendly. Definitely recommend. They also offer various other treatments which I'm excited to try after I've completed my course of microdermabrasion facials 😁
