It was incredible. The space was very comforting and my masseuse made sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. In the lava shells massage, though it’s not very pressure intensive, definitely does the job in reliving any pain or soreness from the muscles. I highly enjoyed my experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Natural light Spa - the atmosphere was totally relaxing & all the staff were incredibly friendly & professional. Communication was perfect from the minute we booked. Rebecca on reception made us feel at ease immediately & Jane gave us the best massage we’ve ever had! Her kind energy really shone through! Ann was also lovely, topping us up with Prosecco in the spa! The Ger was a really lovely touch - somewhere to really unwind.. haven’t been this relaxed in a very long time! Such a treat - thank you to everyone, can’t wait to visit again!

Took my mum here for her birthday/Mother’s Day. We had an amazing time. And both said it was the best massage we have ever had. The staff are all really nice and are so helpful. I did the one night’s friend’s spa package. It well worth the money. The food was amazing and the service was spot on. I would highly recommend the spa and holiday inn.

The spa is friendly and welcoming. We had a couples package which included an amazing 1 hour full body massage, glass of prosecco, chocolates and full use of the pool and spa facilities. The lunch menu has loads to chose from and the food is very nice. Everything is really accessible and the parking is free. It's great value too. Will definitely go again.

My daughter and myself treat ourselves to a treatment at this spa and its always worth it. All the ladies are lovely, so friendly and welcoming and the treatment rooms are so perfect. Would always recommend!

The Spa day was nice. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. I got a voucher for 2 on Wowcher. The discount was nearly 50% off. It included a 50 minute full body massage. The treatment was OK but we were told as soon as we started that it would not be full body. Just back and back of legs. Think the whole body could have been done or advertised as a half body massage. The rest of the spa was OK but not luxurious. Was happy to pay the voucher price (just!) but would have been very disappointed to pay full price.

The spa was very relaxing and to a high standard. The afternoon tea was also delicious and not too filling which they can be. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant. Vicky was a fantastic hostess couldn't do enough to help ensuring we were all ok at the spa (there was 17 of us!) Facial was amazing highly recommend. Would highly recommend if you want to be pampered. Will certainly be back.

The welcome we received from Shaney was really great and helpful. The treatment practitioners were so helpful, kind and well skilled. We had a wonderful time with them. The gym equipment is rather tired and battered and the space in the gym is rather crowded.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was clean and had a lovely massage to finish off have been before and will definitely be returning again. Love the meditation hut in the garden area. Would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway

Very nice massage. Felt as if it was made for our needs. Beds reserved by pool for us as part of the package. Warm water in pool and lovely jacuzzi. Pool area could do with a bit of updating if I was going to be really fissy.Delicious lunch in bar beforehand. Staff were very friendly.
