I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Spa and would rate it highly. As the experience was so good I aim to return in the future. The facilities were excellent, as were the staff. I found the garden area and the Ger absolutely fabulous. Many thanks to all for a memorable afternoon.

It was incredible. The space was very comforting and my masseuse made sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. In the lava shells massage, though it’s not very pressure intensive, definitely does the job in reliving any pain or soreness from the muscles. I highly enjoyed my experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Natural light Spa - the atmosphere was totally relaxing & all the staff were incredibly friendly & professional. Communication was perfect from the minute we booked. Rebecca on reception made us feel at ease immediately & Jane gave us the best massage we’ve ever had! Her kind energy really shone through! Ann was also lovely, topping us up with Prosecco in the spa! The Ger was a really lovely touch - somewhere to really unwind.. haven’t been this relaxed in a very long time! Such a treat - thank you to everyone, can’t wait to visit again!

As a registered nurse I can thoroughly recommend Hollie’s professionalism and safety when performing patient treatments. With such a stressful job, Hollie’s treatments are a little oasis of calm in an often turbulent storm. I never really feel I should treat myself, but each time I come away realising self care is not a treat, but necessary to stay centred in an ever increasing crazy world. Don’t think about it, just book it, you won’t regret.

Good package experience, lovely team and nice massage. Spa facilities are decent - steam room has been newly refurbished, but unfortunately lots of dust around the lockers in the changing room!

Took my mum here for her birthday/Mother’s Day. We had an amazing time. And both said it was the best massage we have ever had. The staff are all really nice and are so helpful. I did the one night’s friend’s spa package. It well worth the money. The food was amazing and the service was spot on. I would highly recommend the spa and holiday inn.

The spa is friendly and welcoming. We had a couples package which included an amazing 1 hour full body massage, glass of prosecco, chocolates and full use of the pool and spa facilities. The lunch menu has loads to chose from and the food is very nice. Everything is really accessible and the parking is free. It's great value too. Will definitely go again.

It was a wonderfully relaxing day at the spa. The Ger was a real treat. A chance to rest away from light and sound. Beyond the use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. The highlight was an amazing massage from Sam. An excellent masseuse with a firm and professional touch. Exactly what I needed after a very hectic year so far. Highly recommended.

Was given the 3h spa access with drink and 1h treatment as a birthday gift and had a wonderful time. The staff was super kind and accommodating (especially when I asked for a spare towel) they checked everything was okay and checked if I needed more drinks. I had a back and body massage which was lovely and calming and the massage lady was checking in and making sure I was comfortable and enjoying the experience. Would do it again and recommend. I recently visited Natural light Spa amd Wellness, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I have to give special mention to Jane, the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She has an incredible understanding of the body’s tension points and really knows how to work them out. Her hands are magic! I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The ambiance of the spa was also perfect—calm, clean, and very professional. I highly recommend Jane and the team at Natural light Spa amd Wellness for anyone looking to unwind and get top-notch service. Will definitely be back!

Lovely relaxed day. Delicious smoothie and served a Prosecco in the jacuzzi. The gorgeous relaxation garden of Gaia was a delightfully chilled space we didn’t want to leave. Thank you for great massage and great overall experience. We’d love to return.

We booked the Day Spa with a massage, it was such a great experience. The facilities were clean and well presented. We went during the adult session which was lovely and relaxing, however we stayed during the family session and it was absolutely fine as well. The space was sufficient for everyone with access to the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The garden was absolutely beautiful, I could have sat outside forever especially as the weather was great. Every staff member I interacted with was very kind and helpful. Our massage was lovely and relaxing. Overall great value for money.

We had a fabulous time here today, we had a massage and spa day. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and the facilities are perfect for a relaxing day. We especially loved how beautiful and relaxing the garden is. I wish I got the name of the lady who did my massage, I am 27 weeks pregnant and I have never felt so relaxed and looked after, also my body felt amazing after, got rid of the niggly pregnancy aches and pains. I would happily book in with her again before the end of my pregnancy. My mum and sister also highly complimentary about their massage! Thank you so much we will be back xx
