This Indian yoga  massage is a bodywork treatment which combines acupressure  along with massage with the  therapist  providing  rhythmic pressure to your body . This is an amalgamation of techniques from India, based on the principles of Ayurveda. 
This treatment can soothe aching muscle, help you relax and improve mood. Prana in particular can provide temporary pain relief, increase circulation and provide a general sense of well-being. This ancient Buddhist treatment has been taught for centuries this is a mind body soul massage ,so if you are looking for something deeper please do look at our Swedish or deep tissue massage
