We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I had a really great experience with Sukhi. She was extremely professional, and it was the first time I’d had eyebrow mapping, including shaping. She explained every step of the process and carried everything out with great care and attention to detail. She was also quick and efficient, while making sure I was comfortable throughout. Sara was so lovely and full of great advice. Anyone who is unsure about what shape, sizing, colours etc, she will not do you wrong! This lady has 17 years experience, one to be trusted. A lovely, clean, cool and inviting establishment, Tandis is definitely a great place to go for your nails, but they offer so many other beauty services and I will most definitely be visiting again. I opted for BIAB nails and this was my first time and I'm so happy with the quality and the overall results. Thank you Sara :).

I had a full-body massage, and it was excellent. Anastasia, the masseuse, was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The place itself is so authentic; as soon as you walk in, the smell transports you to somewhere luxurious and far away from Birmingham. It was hard to walk out and not buy anything. I will go back :)

So lovely, Tsz talked me through my skin issues and gave me valuable and straightforward advice. She talked me through what she would be focusing on during the facial and I felt very relaxed. Everything seemed very intentional and more purposeful than facials I've had elsewhere. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. 😊
