We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I had a full-body massage, and it was excellent. Anastasia, the masseuse, was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The place itself is so authentic; as soon as you walk in, the smell transports you to somewhere luxurious and far away from Birmingham. It was hard to walk out and not buy anything. Today I had the best whole body massage I've ever had. It was both incredibly relaxing and also deep which was extremely beneficial for my tight muscles. The lady giving the massage conducted the session in a beautiful way and it allowed me to immediately enter the wellness space to get full benefit of the hour.
