Wonderful experience here. I feel comfortable, calm and still. I would recommend this to absolutely everyone, particularly if you have a heard time quieting your mind. It makes you feel like a new person! I would like to suggest the offering of dressing gowns and flip flops/slides to guests, to increase the comfort and spa-like experience.

I visited the floating spa with a friend. It was a truly special experience. We had no idea what to expect, we were made so welcome, and everything was explained to us. Taking time in the relaxation area before your session starts is encouraged and is such a calming environment. The floating experience is a must for everyone. I have never felt so relaxed, and couldn’t believe how much tension my body was holding on too. I felt amazing afterwards and we have booked our next visit already!

Nav (owner, operator) consistently exceeds expectations. Competitive pricing, consistent (and clean) amenities, comprehensive introductions for newcomers, and a calm relaxing space to unwind afterwards. It might be the only place to float in Birmingham City Centre but if it wasn’t it would probably still be the best! If you’ve gotten used to floating in the isopod in other spas around the world, you’ll be pleased with floating here!

This was my second time here and on both occasions I have visited with someone new introducing them to a float tank too. I like the vibe and ambience here and I gotta say, the floating spa allows me to chill at a level that doesn't exist elsewhere. This is a great experience.

I love this place. Total escapism and relaxation, and although ‘only an hour’ it feels like I’ve had the most restful sleep for a week solid. I recommend the floating spa to anyone who just needs that little boost or reset from modern life.

First visit to the Floating Spa earlier today and had a wonderful experience! Nav talked me through everything I needed to know before I floated and answered any questions that I had to quash any possible problems. Cant recommend it enough and felt totally relaxed 😌 following the hour of total removal from the world! Thanks Nav and have already booked my 2nd float 🌞🌞

Amazing time at the floating spa. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and ensures your comfort throughout the entire experience. My booking was at 1pm and although I wasn't in the pod until roughly 1:40 my hour didn't start until I was in already. The facilities are delightful and very homey, and you're given plenty of time to adjust and decompress in solitude while the entire building save the reception area is left to you alone.

From the moment Nav welcomed me through the door I felt looked after and relaxed. The kind gestures of some space before the session really helped me start to relax before my float. He explained about the tank and how to use it safely and then allowed me to start. Although I have done tanks in the past, I really appreciated the reminder and what he would do if i needed help. Again, I was givecallcthe space I wanted after and he also let my husband I to greet me when I was finished, I will be back! If I lived nearer I would definatley invest in a monthly payment. Such a special place, thankyou

It was an awesome experience. There is a space to relax and forget about the world for a while. The floating experience was something special once you let go and just be, you come out calm, light, stress free and very relax. After leaving the rest on my day was all positive and the night sleep after, the best in years.

Excellent experience, from the moment i stepped through the doors the sense of change in the atmosphere was Immediate, very relaxing and welcoming. Everything was explained in detail prior to entering the pod . The experience with the pod was next level. I’ve recommended the floating spa to all friends and family. I was brought two gift vouchers by my daughter for a birthday over 13 months ago , but due to COVID and life generally getting in the way it was only today that we got to use them , we arrived very stressed as the traffic was extremely busy so we were a few minutes late. We were greeted by Nav and very well informed and kind man who made us feel welcomed and relaxed , He went through very thoroughly what we could expect from floating, all fears were put to rest. The float itself was quite sureal and a lovely experience, I would recommend Nav and his spa to anyone , a return visit is a must
