Carmen’s magical touch allows me to relax into her hot stone reflexology. I usually have very ticklish feet - with some guidance and communication Carmen ensures I get a full treatment that isn’t too tickly for me yet still gives me all the BENEFITS! Would highly recommend ⭐️

Truly amazing treatment, felt like I was floating! Carmen listened to everything and adapted my treatment with reflexology lymphatic drainage as well as aiding hormone rebalancing. I have incredibly ticklish feet - but they were calling out for some attention. I always know I am in good hands with Carmen as she adapts and listens to me to make sure I am kept relaxed as possible during my treatments. Thai foot is slightly firmer than the reflexology which suits me better! I felt I was walking on clouds when I left! Blissful!

I love going here, everyone is so friendly. There are a huge range of services. This was the first time I had metCarmen & had a reflexology facial. It was usual but nice & I feel wonderful today! Fully recommend it.

What can I say but WOW! As a person who has had loads of facials I thought I'd tried them all but this reflexology facial with Carmen was some special. The facial reflexology was really relaxing and effective, and my sinuses are already showing the benefit of Carmen's skilled and gentle touch. The whole ambience in the Natural Body Cafe is calming and reassuring which adds to the lovely experience.

It was good to see Carmen again for her soothing manner and the expert reflexology techniques she uses. Again, i am a follow-up Menopause Reflexology client who had this method practised on her feet and legs. It is definitely what works for me and leaves me feeling deeply relaxed...

On this occasion i chose the face, hands and feet reflexology, which amounted to 90 minutes of pure relaxation and bliss, even though i was chatting a bit to Carmen to get a few things off my chest!

Angela had a sense of calmness & made you very st ease along with an excellent reflexology. Enjoyed the exfoliation & hot water soak before treatment.
