I had an amazing experience with Faye at Feet Up with Faye. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and professional approach. The staff were friendly and helpful and I had a good back massage from Nicola. There was a few miscommunications and the venue was quite tired but I'm told this was down to the hotel and separate from the spa.

I was treated like a VIP, had the infrared sauna and RLT with the ORA sound, on my own in a clean, spacious and therapeutic cubicle with the right settings suited to my bodily needs. The whole place is well thought of in accordance with anything natural and holistic healing. I left feeling at peace and joyful. Will come back and I highly recommend.
