Holly is such a gifted massage therapist, and with such a naturally beautiful energy. For anyone doing a physical job, regular sessions are a MUST to keep healthy and fit to work. Holly makes this aspect of physical self-care, a real treat for the mind and soul, as well as for the body. The atmosphere is very warm, cozy, and completely zen. She is also highly attuned to what’s going on in my muscles, without me having to explicate. So every time I go, I am able to relax fully and trust that I’ll leave feeling brand new. I had a really lovely myofascial massage with Eva. I felt very welcomed into the environment and the massage itself was really wonderful. Eva is very intuitive and skilled. Therapy Room is chilled out and welcoming. I've been getting deep tissue/remedial massages with Kasia for years & wouldn't go anywhere else! I've got fibro & hEDS - she knows exactly where my problem areas are and how to work them, so I always leave feeling very relaxed.

Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

Fantastic massage with Chairs. I felt totally relaxed, rejuvenated and at ease. The atmosphere is clean, cosy and welcoming. Charis is a wonderful and attentive massage therapist. It was my first time trying side laying massage, which was suggested due to nasal congestion, and it vastly improved the experience of the massage in all aspects. Would definitely come again and recommend.
