Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

I had a prenatal massage with Faye . Stunning treatment with Faye ! I was so relaxed at the end of the massage I did not feel like driving . Her therapy room is simply gorgeous and the perfect lift me up pre labour

Faye was very welcoming and warm. Her service was incredible, made me feel very relaxed. It was the best massage & facial experience I have had in a long time! I took the Clarifying facial with scalp and back massage. Worth every penny!
