I literally cannot put into words out unbelievably amazing this treatment was. Faye is always great, but today when I needed it the most she was next level. I cannot recommend her enough. I’m a qualified deep tissue therapist myself, so I hold high standards and can honestly say she is the best massage therapist I have ever had. Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

Catherine is really professional so you’re made to feel very looked after and comfortable. The room is cosy, very clean and relaxing; much better than many spas I have visited.
