Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

This was my 4th visit to Catherine and already looking forward to the next time. Treatments are amazing and her massage is just top tier. Catherine is really professional so you’re made to feel very looked after and comfortable. The room is cosy, very clean and relaxing; much better than many spas I have visited. Would highly recommend.

This being my first massage experience I was quite nervous however Patrick very quickly put my mind at ease and welcomed me with a warm professional presence explaining the process with me and what the session would entail. I would highly recommend elements bodywork to anyone whether it be your 1st or 1000 massage.
