What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

Absolutely thrilled with my brows today! After years of various machines brows and microblading, and then laser removal, this is the first time I've actually been happy with the results! Am beyond pleased with them! Only wish I had found Cherri sooner. I was initially nervous about getting them done again but need not have been - she puts so much work into making sure they're spot on, and knows brows and pigments inside out :-) I'd 100% recommend the Brow Loft to anyone! Wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I must admit I was quite nervous about having my hyperrealism brows but Cherri put me at ease immediately. She explained what she was doing as we went along and how my brows would likely react to the treatment in the days and weeks afterwards. I'm so pleased with how my brows look already and can't wait to see the final results when I have my 'top up ' in a few weeks. Thank you Cherri - you're a star ⭐.

I can’t recommend Cherrie highly enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm, welcoming personality. She’s so friendly and chatty that the whole appointment flew by, and I felt relaxed throughout. I first had my eyebrows done by Cherrie three years ago, and the results have been amazing. Today was my first time meeting Sophie and having my lashes done. Firstly, Sophie is so lovely and down to earth and was so welcoming, making me feel completely comfortable straight away. I explained what kind of lash style I’d like and Sophie could explain what I wanted better than what I could! And the end result was just absolute perfection and the lashes are so light that it doesn’t feel like I’m wearing any! I am super happy with the end result.. I can’t recommend enough! X
