Fantastic Dermaplaning Experience! I had dermaplaning yesterday at Beauty Sculpting Room Poole with Elishia, and my skin has never felt smoother or looked brighter! Tegan was so reassuring, explaining the procedure clearly. At all times she was gentle and would check to make sure I was still comfortable. She gave detailed information of how the procedure would continue working in short, medium and long term and recommended other treatment options. Overall, an excellent appointment and a positive immediate result that should improve over time. Highly recommend

I had such a great experience at Serene Skin Clinic. I’m quite scared of needles, so I was really nervous going in, but Sarah was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and kept checking that I was okay throughout. Her calm and reassuring approach made all the difference and turned it into a really positive experience. She also carried out thorough checks afterwards and did careful touch-ups at the end to make sure everything was even. I couldn’t recommend Sarah and the clinic more! Thank you! 💋

Sarah was amazing - incredibly knowledgeable, talked me through a treatment that was new to me and sent comprehensive aftercare instructions immediately after the appointment - she has also checked in regularly with me to check the progress of the treatment - would definitely go back!
