I got my first haircut today at La Lucia from Kyla and she was fantastic! She took her time at the beginning, making sure that she understood what I wanted. I love my haircut and she was quick too! I was out of there in under an hour. Kyla also gave me some really helpful styling tips at the end of the appointment. She was kind, efficient, and skilled. Highly recommend!

The owner, Lucy, has extensive experience in the hair industry. It was my first visit, and everything was perfect – a comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, professional attitude and skills, and, above all, you should try the reclining chairs for shampoo, which came all the way from Korea. Overall, it deserves 5 stars.

Lucy did a fantastic job on my highlights and haircut! She was very precise and clear in her communication and is also very kind and sweet. The seat was super comfy and I was also offered a pillow to rest my arms on throughout the duration of my visit, as well as coffee, tea, and snacks. I highly recommend this salon!

It was my first time getting my eyebrows done and Jessica took the time and care to explain every part of the 3 hour process to ensure that I was happy with the results. She carefully mapped my brows and then asked me to look at them multiple times and made the changes I wanted before she started tattooing. After my brows were done, she detailed the care process and gave me a little care package with printed instructions, Q-tips, ointment, and plastic visors (which have been the best thing when trying to wash my hair). Highly recommend seeing Jessica especially if this is your first time!

Your foundation for success starts here. Don't settle. If you don't like the vibe of your hair salon, change it. You have no reason to put up with anything except positivity. You will not be a second class citizen here, ever. Give it a try. Worth the walk from transit lol. I've been here 3 times already. I'd fly from elsewhere in Canada/USA to get my hair cut here.

Kate did a very good job. Pity I cannot upload a picture with my hair dry, she was worried my hair would be too big to the sides. Instead, it looks great, and I didn't even curl it.

The staff were friendly and the process from haircut to coloring was very smooth. Kyla provided very simple, but great advice on keeping the hair in style.

Amazing!! Kyla was so great. The salon was very clean and they did a great job styling and cutting my hair. I love it and will definitely be coming back.
