Great job by Sarita. Very patiently does the hair wash and good at her work with blow dry. Needs to just work on giving bounce to the hair when doing blow dry for the end result: I would like to give feedback that the brushes used for the blow dry are all damaged and pulls the hair and makes the blow dry very frizzy and ends up looking not finished the hair. Please look into this and get improved quality of brushes for hair blow dry.

sophie is really great at hair cuts. i however did not like how i booked the service for 99 and you charged me 150 giving the reason short hair cut is charged more! i have used the same offers before also but was never told such nonsense. i didnt like the way the girl at the reception kept forcefully telling me about how she had told me about this before- i visit once in 6 months and she remembers telling me this and i dont. if i had the time i would have argued but this felt cheating! i might not visit them again unless i need to.
