It is always a pleasure receiving Encore Beauty's spa services. My face is glowing from my facial, my feet are smooth from my pedicure with the prettiest polish and most importantly I am relaxed. Will continue to visit for these and other spa services offered.

Very professional was my first impression. Arrived early, set up quietly and then the service. Massage was great just enough pressure which meant I was asleep in minutes. Pedicure was just right and my toes and feet feel amazing. I will be recommending Shanice and see you again soon.

Shaye did an amazing job on my pedicure and toe tip full set. She was gentle, focused, and paid attention to every detail, making sure everything looked clean, neat, and perfectly shaped. I loved how she took the time to share helpful foot-care tips and made thoughtful suggestions to keep my feet soft and healthy. Pedicures at Black Phoenix Beauty are the new stress relievers 🥰 This was a perfect way to start of my self care routine at the beginning of the year! Tammy was thorough and very detailed with her Classic Pedicure, with cleanliness a priority. I wanted something that would stay fresh during my trip, so she recommended gel. Tammy easily upgraded me to a Gel Polish Pedicure and it lasted my entire trip - even with me walking over 6 miles in boots every day for just over a week! Thanks to Black Phoenix Beauty, I walked into 2022 with smooth, refreshed feet and super cute toenails 👏🏾

Amazing! Can’t wait to do it again. My massage was so good, I particularly loved the stretching and limb mobilization to release the tension. My feet are so smooth after my pedicure. I had the best nap afterwards. It was definitely a rewarding experience for me today.

Kim and Kenya are awesome! Kim's magic is in her hands and her calming aura made her facial so relaxing that I SLEPT! Kenya took such pleasure in delivering my pedicure. She went into her zone, focused on the details and even sang along with background music. I can't wait to return!

I had a great experience and this was my first time. From the time I walked in it felt relaxed,the young lady at reception was very pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed the pedicure and the session was quiet and nice and she did a great job. My feet felt so soft and nice and I love the colour on my toes.

Fantastic pedicure!

I booked via Google search with Claudia for a manicure and pedicure. Super easy and she confirmed right away. She was very good and the two hours of service flew by with great conversation with her and her sweet daughter. It was a bit hard to find her shop (in the front part of her home), but she WhatsApp’ed and got me there. (Red house! Next to the big bus/taxi barn)

Torie, Derrica and Chauntel made sure without a doubt that I was comfortable and made my spa day a relaxing experience. It was my first time being waxed and Derrica was a sweetheart with helping me to be relaxed and stay calm. Chantel was so soothing with her hands during my pedicure that I fell asleep. LOL.
