Very professional was my first impression. Arrived early, set up quietly and then the service. Massage was great just enough pressure which meant I was asleep in minutes. Pedicure was just right and my toes and feet feel amazing. I will be recommending Shanice and see you again soon.

Ms Khadijah Gibson was so professional and attentive during my appointment. I have mobility challenges and she ensured I was comfortable and was gentle messaging my sore knees and ankles. She engaged in wonderful conversation and did everything with a smile. What an asset to your staff she is. Wonderful experience! Well done Khadijah! I will come again for another pedicure.

An Absolutely Amazing Experience at Reflections Spa. I had such a wonderful experience at Reflections Spa! From the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed, welcomed and well taken care of. The body massage was absolutely heavenly, so relaxing and just what I needed to release the tension and unwind. My pedicure was also beautifully done, and I left feeling refreshed, pampered and ready to take on the world! The service, atmosphere and attention to detail were all amazing. My experience was wonderful. I arrived for my appointment and was attended too right away. I was well pleased with my gel manicure and the design was just what I asked for. My pedi was great Antonia took her time with my pedicure making it one of the most relaxing experiences I have had. I would highly recommend Opal.

I recently had one of the most relaxing pedicures ever! The service was exceptional. Julisa was not only skilled but also incredibly nice and friendly. She made the whole experience so enjoyable with her warm personality and great conversation—it felt like catching up with an old friend! She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, from the foot soak to the massage, and paid attention to every detail. My feet feel amazing, and I left feeling completely pampered and relaxed. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
