Shannon was fantastic at what she did and was so pleasant throughout the appointment. It’s always a wonderful time and service and I love going there for my wax it’s worth it 100% percent I always feel like I’m just catching up with long distance family the staff is just so nice and friendly and you leave feeling so REFRESHED and LOVED as a human being we all go through stuff I feel like I just got out of my therapist office and it was a successful day ALL IN TOTAL SO GO GET WAXED!!! 😊😊

Anisa was great! She listened to my requests and then explained what she was doing. I did not want extremely dark eyebrows, so the tint she choose was perfect. I had not heard much about 'threading' vs waxing for my eyebrows and so once she explained, she let me choose which procedure, and I chose threading and am happy with the results. I will book with Anisa again.

I would have rated 'great' if I didn't wait for 40 minutes and felt the process really rushed. I understand that sometimes treatments can take a little longer than planned but and I did not mind the wait, but I felt my session was really rushed. I think it is not just the actual treatment that matters but also, how comfortable and relaxing the process is. I felt my beautician was a bit stressed and was juggling with a lot and that, made me feel anxious and rushed. The waxing treatment cost much more than in other beauty salons, therefore it really should be an excellent experience.
