Anisa was great! She listened to my requests and then explained what she was doing. I did not want extremely dark eyebrows, so the tint she choose was perfect. I had not heard much about 'threading' vs waxing for my eyebrows and so once she explained, she let me choose which procedure, and I chose threading and am happy with the results. I will book with Anisa again.

I would have rated 'great' if I didn't wait for 40 minutes and felt the process really rushed. I understand that sometimes treatments can take a little longer than planned but and I did not mind the wait, but I felt my session was really rushed. I think it is not just the actual treatment that matters but also, how comfortable and relaxing the process is. I felt my beautician was a bit stressed and was juggling with a lot and that, made me feel anxious and rushed. The waxing treatment cost much more than in other beauty salons, therefore it really should be an excellent experience.

Brenna & Nova Wax Bar are absolutely wonderful! I am so so glad I went here, even though I’m always nervous going to a new waxer. This was my first time at Nova Wax Bar Ltd and Brenna was very friendly and helpful, she has excellent knowledge for waxing and she also gives you post waxing tips and explains you everything in detail if it’s your first or even if you’re a regular and I have never had anyone explain me so much about it at any other places I have been and I was very impressed with that.
