I would have rated 'great' if I didn't wait for 40 minutes and felt the process really rushed. I understand that sometimes treatments can take a little longer than planned but and I did not mind the wait, but I felt my session was really rushed. I think it is not just the actual treatment that matters but also, how comfortable and relaxing the process is. I felt my beautician was a bit stressed and was juggling with a lot and that, made me feel anxious and rushed. The waxing treatment cost much more than in other beauty salons, therefore it really should be an excellent experience.

Went in for a happy herbal facial today and it was amazing. Such a relaxing, Meditative experience and I left with glowing soft skin. I also had my eyebrows threaded and they have never looked better. Can’t wait to go in for Microdermabrasion in a few weeks. I giggle recommend Teal !

Kayla is so knowledgeable and really wants to prioritize what you want to work on. And in the most natural way possible! She always has new items she exploring to benefit her clients and gives you a run down of items to try to use/avoid. Her salon is super cozy - she always has soft music in the background and candies/chocolates to enjoy after your treatment :) She loves chatting about life, but also lets you relax and enjoy the quietness of her salon. I making huge progress on my skin thanks to Kayla and would recommend her to anyone! My apmts with Kayla are the highlight of my week!

Kayla has a very welcoming atmosphere and personality; also very knowledgeable and detail oriented. She only provides recommendations and treatments she whole heartedly believes will work for you. And it shows in her work; my face is so clear people are shocked when I tell them it’s my bare skin 😂 not a dab of foundation or concealer anywhere. The Orleans home studio she has is 10/10; the exact same service and products as clinics. But it doesn’t have the marked up price tag. Kayla’s so easy to reach out to; she never takes more than a day. She’s literally an Instagram DM away 😊
