Always a wonderful treat to visit this spa. The staff are very friendly, the pedicure and full body massage were excellent. A fabulous treat for myself and my husband. We look forward to our next visit.

We had a lovely overnight stay and enjoyed the use of the spa which was lovely and quiet . The receptionists at both stations was nice and polite and nothing was to much trouble. I had a lovely pedicure with Katie who was very friendly and made me feel relaxed . Thank you for the enjoyable experience.

I booked the gel pedicure and it was absolute bliss ! Trying a manicure and Indian head massage next month.

I visited on a Wednesday morning which was surprisingly busy. At times it was quite crowded in the pool, sauna and steam room. This was more noticeable because both hot tubs were out of use. Also there was no hand wash in the women's toilets. Overall, I like it here but there were a few little things that disappointed me on this visit

The pools and Spa facilities were lovely. However the changing area is a little tired and some of the lockers didn’t work properly. The afternoon tea was tasty and plentiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

My daughter had a beautiful day for her 18th , the brasserie we amazing and our waiter a delightful gent making Ailsa's treat so special, even with a gift , Happy Birthday hand iced from the Chef presented on a slate with a delicious chocolate decorated tiffinn

Really loved our experience It would be great if there was a cold plunge added and the outside sauna did feel very hot.
