If you’re after someone who takes slightly too much joy in your discomfort, you’ve found her. Congrats!! Karen somehow makes you feel totally at ease while committing what feels like medieval torture. Between the laughs, flinches, whimpers and winces, she is part therapist, part guidance counsellor, and somehow gets you oversharing your life story. Genuinely though, she’s an absolute gem; kind, funny, and brilliant at what she does. I wouldn’t trust anyone else… even if she does enjoy it a bit too much. 10/10. Would (reluctantly) come back again and again and again …….

I had a great experience here. The salon is lovely and very welcoming, and the whole appointment felt relaxed and comfortable. The wax was surprisingly painless and done really professionally. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend!
