I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Proverb Men’s Signature Facial was insanely good — more like a full-body reset than a facial. From the foot soak to the upper back treatment and Thai-style stretches, every part was spot on. My skin feels incredible, my HRV has jumped, and my body battery has been 100% on waking last 2 days. Genuinely one of the best treatments I’ve ever had.

What can I say but WOW! As a person who has had loads of facials I thought I'd tried them all but this reflexology facial with Carmen was some special. After a terrible 2025nI booked today off. I looked for a last minute appointment, inky yesterday and was lucky enough to get one today. I am always a little apprehensive (no idea why) Jody was great from the moment we meet. I felt instantly at ease. The massage and facial were wonderful. Far exceeded my expectations. Had a relaxing experience when i visited natural body cafe today. I booked proverbs signature facial. It was relaxing and will you feel fresh. A badly needed facial after a couple of night shifts. Stacey made me feel stressfree after the treatment. Will definitely come back.

I had a fabulous facial massage—such a relaxing experience! If it’s someone’s first time, it might be helpful to explain what to expect beforehand, just to put them at ease. The fragrance of the products used was lovely, though I personally found it a little strong. Stacey is a lovely young lady—professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what she does. I’m already looking forward to seeing her again for more treatments. I would happily recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a beauty treatment at Natural Body Café.

I've just had a lovely 3 hour treatment. The colonic was great, step by step I was talked through it. I finished off with an all body massage and facial. So relaxing and all the facial oils/creams smell amazing. Thank you....I'll be back!
