Sanela is a skin guru! I went for my first Extraction Appointment this morning off the back of her recommendation and she managed to clear pores I’ve been conscious of for years. She was gentle but thorough and checked in on my comfort level throughout the facial. Every product is explained and she gave me tailored tips for my skin type. I will be booking in again soon. Highly Recommend.

I had the most incredible Glass Facial experience and I’m still glowing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so relaxing. I immediately felt at ease. The treatment itself was absolutely amazing. Every step was explained with such depth and care — the level of skin knowledge was impressive. I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted today and also had a manicure with Sanela, and I’m really pleased with the results. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and the end result is excellent. A very professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – I would definitely recommend her.
