I had the most wonderful pre Ramadan facial at the clinic and will be going back. Even though the beauty room is inside a gym once your in the room with the gentle music, calming lights and comfy, warm room you feel like your in a whole other place. The therapist is knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout and took the time to listen to what I told her, I’m always a bit nervous going somewhere new so explain what my skin likes/ doesn’t like and she took all of that into account.

I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted today and also had a manicure with Sanela, and I’m really pleased with the results. She is very friendly and easy to talk to, and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done properly and the end result is excellent. A very professional service in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere – I would definitely recommend her.

Sanela is a skin guru! I went for my first Extraction Appointment this morning off the back of her recommendation and she managed to clear pores I’ve been conscious of for years. She was gentle but thorough and checked in on my comfort level throughout the facial. Every product is explained and she gave me tailored tips for my skin type. I will be booking in again soon. Highly Recommend.

I had the most incredible Glass Facial experience and I’m still glowing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so relaxing. I immediately felt at ease. The treatment itself was absolutely amazing. Every step was explained with such depth and care — the level of skin knowledge was impressive. My skin feels tighter, beautifully plumped, and intensely hydrated. It has that smooth, luminous “glass skin” glow I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. If you’re thinking about booking — do it. So relaxing and got real value for money. Some places give you a treatment time and alot of it’s spent consulting and filling out forms.
