Since Charlotte has been doing my lashes, I will always get compliments and people ask who does them and I will always send them her way. Charlotte is a fantastic lash tech; every visit is wonderful and homely, it’s like catching up with a sister! Charlotte was so lovely, friendly and professional. I always feel very nervous during makeup appointments and Charlotte put me at ease right away and had me chatting the whole time. I absolutely loved the makeup that Charlotte did for me and she listened to what I wanted while also giving her professional opinion and the result was beautiful. I recently had my first-ever lip filler treatment with Charlotte and couldn't be happier with my experience. I had the 1.1ml Signature Lip treatment, and from the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Charlotte was so kind, friendly, and reassuring, explaining the procedure, aftercare, and every step in detail. She was incredibly gentle throughout the treatment and constantly checked that I was okay. I absolutely love my results and will definitely be returning for a top-up.
