I was so nervous getting my Korean lash lift and tint as I wasn't keen on keeping my eyes closed for such a long time, and I'd had a terrible experience at another salon!.But Michelle made me feel completely at ease, she talked through absolutely everything that was going on, and the time whizzed by. Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Her professionalism really stands out — everything is done with care and attention to detail, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. I always leave feeling well looked after and really happy with the results. Honestly, I can’t recommend her enough!

Yesterday I had my eyelashes lifted and tinted by the lovely Michelle. Michelle this time used a different product which is so much nicer! No smell and a lot more comfortable, seemed a far easier process. The difference in my first lash lift, to this one is fabulous! Plus I don't have to wait so long for my next as the product is a lot kinder. Thank you again Michelle and see you next week for brows! x

I had a wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage with Michelle. The salon was so calming with lovely lighting and smelt amazing. The massage was perfect. Just the right amount of pressure and Michelle worked really hard to encourage all my knots to disappear! Michelle asked lots of questions beforehand to enquire about my current state of health and any niggles I was experiencing and provided me with great aftercare advice. I felt so cosy, relaxed and safe in Michelle's hands and my mind actually switched off, which is hard sometimes! I highly recommend this treatment. Thanks Michelle x

I have just had a wonderful massage by Michelle. As soon as I walked into the treatment room I felt relaxed with the soothing music and aromatherapy scents. The massage was superb. Just the right amount of pressure to work on my knots without it being painful, so it was very relaxing. My neck, shoulders and back feel much looser now. Great aftercare advice too. Thank you so much Michelle, I look forward to the treatments going live later in the year and I will definitely be back for another one when they are xx
