I had an excellent appointment with Liza. We had already discussed the colour for my lip blush but Liza took the time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She mapped out my lips meticulously, making sure everything was perfect. She constantly made sure I was comfortable and topped up numbing cream, as required, although she was so gentle anyway, it wasn’t too painful! She gave me clear aftercare instructions and balm to use. I absolutely love the final result/ colour and I’m excited for my top up, already.

What a wonderful experience! Fabulous communication from start to finish. The most amazing facial, Heather explained each step clearly and gave me more knowledge about my skin in the first 5 minutes than I have had in nearly 60 years!! The facial was bespoke to my needs and the products felt amazing. Heather came (rightly) highly recommended and I left my treatment to her. I had microneedling for the first time which was lovely and all signs of redness had disappeared within an hour of getting home. My skin feels awakened and refreshed...I will definitely return. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! She was so kind, friendly, and professional. She did my makeup exactly the way I showed her, and the result was absolutely beautiful. As an Asian, I was a little nervous about going to a salon and getting my makeup done by someone English, but she made me feel completely comfortable and understood exactly what I wanted. I had a treatment today that I haven’t had before & it’s all completely new to me. I discussed during my previous Eyebrow appointment my areas of concern & Jen suggested a treatment & explained all the options really putting me at ease. So today was treatment day & Jen’s calming personality, professionalism & friendliness took any worries I may have had away. It’s not often you can say you can go have needles poked in your face, pay for the pleasure & come away as content as you would when you have visited a friend for coffee & a catch up. I visited today for lip filler, Jennifer is lovely and she is easy to talk to, she is very professional and reassuring and answers any questions. Lovely treatment room too and makes you feel relaxed. Pleased with my treatment and will definitely return and have other treatments!
