What a wonderful experience! Fabulous communication from start to finish. The most amazing facial, Heather explained each step clearly and gave me more knowledge about my skin in the first 5 minutes than I have had in nearly 60 years!! The facial was bespoke to my needs and the products felt amazing. Heather came (rightly) highly recommended and I left my treatment to her. I had microneedling for the first time which was lovely and all signs of redness had disappeared within an hour of getting home. My skin feels awakened and refreshed...I will definitely return. My first time at House of Soul and i cant thank Gemma enough. She is so kind, down to earth and sooooo talented! I find it hard to relax but i was able to drift away and have some me time, the massage was incredible, perfect technique/ pressure. Facial and head massage just sensational. Absolutely feel like im floating after leaving ( i could've stayed all day!) Truly a hidden gem too- gorge deco/ vibe- ill be back! Thank you so much xx

When I visit Gemma she doesn't just provide with an amazing service where my brows look incredible, my feet feel brand new and the massages/facials I've had in the past leave me feeling pampered to the max , she makes me feel so relaxed and I get to have a laugh talking to her about my week. The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly. A truly lovely reset for body and mind. Would absolutely go again. ✨

I had the Autumn Soother Package with Adele and it was honestly amazing. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. The room was warm and calming, with lovely autumn scents that set the mood perfectly. The massage was just what I needed — so soothing and done with real care. The shape, colour, and finish are all perfect! She’s super friendly and easy to chat to, which made the whole appointment really relaxing and enjoyable. I had a treatment today that I haven’t had before & it’s all completely new to me. I discussed during my previous Eyebrow appointment my areas of concern & Jen suggested a treatment & explained all the options really putting me at ease. So today was treatment day & Jen’s calming personality, professionalism & friendliness took any worries I may have had away. It’s not often you can say you can go have needles poked in your face, pay for the pleasure & come away as content as you would when you have visited a friend for coffee & a catch up.
