The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly. I had the Autumn Soother Package with Adele and it was honestly amazing. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel really relaxed and comfortable. The room was warm and calming, with lovely autumn scents that set the mood perfectly. The massage was just what I needed — so soothing and done with real care. Adele has such a gentle, professional touch and you can tell she genuinely wants you to leave feeling your best. I walked out feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. Love my nails – thank you Adele! Adele is amazing at what she does! She really listened to what I wanted and made my nails look even better than I imagined. The shape, colour, and finish are all perfect! She’s super friendly and easy to chat to, which made the whole appointment really relaxing and enjoyable. The studio is lovely and clean too, and smells amazing ❤️

Visiting Nicola and the girls is always a pleasure, they are all very professional, caring and lovely. I know Nicola since few years back, I tried different treatments with her and she always sends me home relaxed and very satisfied. I went for a back, neck and head massage. Adele is great, really friendly and puts you at ease. She really works the areas that need the pressure but the whole experience leaves you relaxed and stress free.

I had a treatment today that I haven’t had before & it’s all completely new to me. I discussed during my previous Eyebrow appointment my areas of concern & Jen suggested a treatment & explained all the options really putting me at ease. So today was treatment day & Jen’s calming personality, professionalism & friendliness took any worries I may have had away. It’s not often you can say you can go have needles poked in your face, pay for the pleasure & come away as content as you would when you have visited a friend for coffee & a catch up. Thank you Jen, I would recommend all day long

I visited today for lip filler, Jennifer is lovely and she is easy to talk to, she is very professional and reassuring and answers any questions. Lovely treatment room too and makes you feel relaxed. Pleased with my treatment and will definitely return and have other treatments!

Carley was professional, diligent, friendly and helpful. She provides a very good waxing service, hence why I have been using Charisma for many years now and its my go to salon.
