Lucy is fabulous, her lamination skills are second to none. My eyelashes have never been so long, Lucy recommended a serum, it's lasted 7 months, which is incredible in itself. The result is that I have to wear my glasses lower down on my nose as they brush the lenses every time I blink 😁 my brows look the best they have looked in 30 years 😍 she's truly the best in bromsgrove.

Absolutely amazing felt so up beat when G had finished both my treatments, I have had 2 precious microblading by other ppl, but they say 3rd time lucky and I definitely was lucky, I can't explain how I'm feeling, I will definitely be going bk for top up, Thank you so much G xx

Gail was the 3rd lady who had done my brows, the 1st two I wasn't impressed and never went back... Gail on the other hand is absoultley fantastic, she is well worth visiting if you want your brows done properly, she makes you feel so welcome love her to bits. Xx

My experience with Gayle was unbelievable. She is such a gracious and professional lady! She talked me through everything at my pre appointment then my eyebrows themselves are stunning 🌟 Gayle reassured me and made me feel completely relaxed as I was restless about the treatment. Gayle talked me through every stage (which I've never experienced before) and as said amazing eyebrows. Would definitely go back again and highly recommend 😃

If I could give 5 more stars I would for an EXCELLENT SERVICE from beautiful Arla at VIP Hair Salon in cutting and styling my daughter’s and my hair. Arla is highly talented and I have recommended her to all my family and friends. I will never use another hair dresser again. Thank you Arla for the very best experience; it truly was a VIP service and experience. The fact that I drive a 20 mile round trip to the salon probably says it all 😊 Arla is a superb colourist my hair always looks a beautiful shade. It's like a Blanc de Blanc champagne so I've been told! Arla she is a legend, always make me feel like I'm special.she always listens to my hair style suggestions, which we then discuss. Definitely not a ' I know better than you' hairdresser. As Arla says millimetres matter!!
