Poppy is absolutely sensational in not only making a customer look good but also feel good!! She did mine and my bridesmaids make up for my wedding day and everyone absolutely loved it. We all felt so beautiful and confident. She was so professional and a genuine joy to work with!

I had my makeup done for my birthday with and would never go anywhere else! Poppy is sooo lovely, makes you feel so relaxed, and is honestly the best at what she does 💖 she did exactly as i asked and my makeup came out better than i could have imagined, and also lasted all night! If I could give 5 more stars I would for an EXCELLENT SERVICE from beautiful Arla at VIP Hair Salon in cutting and styling my daughter’s and my hair. Arla is highly talented and I have recommended her to all my family and friends. I will never use another hair dresser again. Thank you Arla for the very best experience; it truly was a VIP service and experience. Looking forward to our next meeting end of May and I’m sure you’ll make my hair look gorgeous again for my friend’s son’s wedding. I’ll also be back further in the summer with both of my daughters. Gail was the 3rd lady who had done my brows, the 1st two I wasn't impressed and never went back... Gail on the other hand is absoultley fantastic, she is well worth visiting if you want your brows done properly, she makes you feel so welcome love her to bits. Xx

The fact that I drive a 20 mile round trip to the salon probably says it all 😊 Arla is a superb colourist my hair always looks a beautiful shade. It's like a Blanc de Blanc champagne so I've been told! Arla she is a legend, always make me feel like I'm special.she always listens to my hair style suggestions, which we then discuss. Definitely not a ' I know better than you' hairdresser. As Arla says millimetres matter!!

My experience with Gayle was unbelievable. She is such a gracious and professional lady! She talked me through everything at my pre appointment then my eyebrows themselves are stunning 🌟 Gayle reassured me and made me feel completely relaxed as I was restless about the treatment. Gayle talked me through every stage (which I've never experienced before) and as said amazing eyebrows. Would definitely go back again and highly recommend 😃
