Lucy is fabulous, her lamination skills are second to none. My eyelashes have never been so long, Lucy recommended a serum, it's lasted 7 months, which is incredible in itself. The result is that I have to wear my glasses lower down on my nose as they brush the lenses every time I blink 😁 my brows look the best they have looked in 30 years 😍 she's truly the best in bromsgrove.

Casey is amazing, my daughter and I regularly visit Casey for our nails and eyebrows. Casey is so professional, our nails have never looked so good because of Casey's advice, care and expertise. We love Casey so much that when she recently moved further away we didn't hesitate in following her, even if it isn't local. We wouldn't trust anyone else. If you are looking for a new professional nail and eyebrow Queen (Casey offers more than this but these are the treatments we have), Casey is your woman. Love the new location which is a bonus.

I went to Rachael for a full head of highlights and treatment, and she was amazing! She really took the time to understand the damage I had from previous bleach and made sure to be super gentle with my hair. The color turned out gorgeous — bright but still healthy-looking — and the treatment left my hair feeling so soft and smooth. Rachael was so friendly and easy to talk to, and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. Definitely my new go-to stylist!

Great experience with Laura - first time having colour in my hair and loved it! She has a real attention to detail, you don’t feel rushed at all and she makes sure you are 100% happy before you leave. Will be back!

I’ve seen Molly for over a year now, and she always does my hair amazingly. Always makes sure I am clear about how my results could pan out because of old colour. She always exceeds my expectations and I love my hair every time more and more than I could expect. Molly is also great fun to be around for my appointments, I’m usually with her 4/5 hours. She’s absolutely amazing at her job. Massive credit to the team!
