I had such a wonderful experience with Taylor. It was my first time visiting the salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Taylor was incredibly attentive and took her time to make sure every little detail was perfect. You can really tell she cares about her work and wants her clients to leave happy. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Taylor to anyone looking for gorgeous nails and exceptional service.

My experience was great - I love getting a mani or pedi from Tamami. One suggestion I have for your salon is to have the surfaces more clean. You have a beautiful space with nice furniture - I think keeping the floor and nail counters cleaner would make for a better customer experience. (we don't want to see nail clippings and dust all over)

Had a lovely experience with Koko Nail and Lash in Brentwood. This was my first time going to this salon and they made it super enjoyable and relaxing. I forgot sandals for my pedicure and they gave me disposable ones and even set up a fan to dry my toenails before I left. Definitely recommend!

My mother-in-law is in her 60's and has very sparse eyebrows. She has been wanting to get her eyebrows done but she was so scared. I reached out to a dozen artists and Ashley was so accommodating and friendly. She answered all my messages and kept giving my mother-in-law breaks as she gets vertigo and has arthritis. Ashley did combo brows on her and she absolutely loves it! We know a lot of family will not be coming to Ashley for their eyebrows. It was my daughter's first time getting her nails done, and we came in together for a little pampering. She had Lucy and I had Angela- both were absolutely amazing! They were kind, professional, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of. BT is an amazing lash tech! Warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. Even though she gently advised me on what would best suit my eye shape, I went with a different style and ended up not loving it the next day. She went above and beyond, kindly fitting me in for a late-night appointment just to make sure I was happy with the result. Everyone was super lovely and sweet, and the space was designed very nicely. I paid extra for the deluxe pedicure, and while the scented water and steam was really lovely, I felt that the massage was shorter than other regular pedicure massages I’ve received. Also, someone was waiting for my nail artist because they were running behind, and I felt that my nail design was rushed. I didn’t feel comfortable explaining that I actually wanted more designs on different fingers because I knew another customer was waiting on them to finish my nails.
