My make‑up lesson with Pamela was exactly what I needed. She’s warm, highly skilled, and an excellent teacher. Pamela explained everything clearly, demonstrated techniques on one side of my face, then coached me through doing the other side myself. Every visit to the Le Beau Room is incredible, but the divine facial was extra special. Miki takes such care in selecting products and goes above and beyond to make the experience so relaxing. And my skin looks incredible afterwards!

Care was taken with my BIAB infill to make my nails beautifully shaped & a perfect thickness. My chosen design, a bright blue halo effect using cat eye polish, fading to black around edges (black base, silver cat eye magnetised into halo shape, blue top), was unexpectedly too hard. 1st they painted just teal cat eye. Then teal cat eye over black (too dark). When the silver cat eye layer (shown in inspo) was finally added, it was perfect & I'm very happy with my toenails. But the silver used on toes was changed for fingers, making my nails far too dark, no halo effect, & very different to toes.

My first visit today, a drive up from Wollongong, and I arrived with a specific design in mind. While the nail technician explained they couldn't execute that particular design today, they offered to complete the nails and have me return tomorrow for the design. Sadly, work commitments prevented that. However, the alternative design I chose is absolutely stunning – I'm completely in love with it. The service was exceptional, and these nails are genuinely the best I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be returning. Plus, the hand massage at the end? A solid 10/10.

I see pam for my tan and brows and occasional makeup. However having a make up lesson was absolutely brilliant. I brought all my own stuff and she took me through step by step how to use my brushes and products to achieve a soft glam look! Got cat-eye hybrid eyelash extensions for the first time and it was the best experience ever. The lashes look absolutely perfect ,not too kinky and not too light, just the right balance. They really enhanced my eyes beautifully. Sukh was very polite, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She was gentle and professional, and you can tell she really cares about her work. Highly recommend!
