This was my first time to Ascend Nail Lounge. I just moved back to Seattle in April from Los Angeles after 14 years of being gone. I’ve been on the hunt for “the” place to get my pedicure.and I think I have found it here! Summer was fantastic. My pedicure felt so good. She was nice and professional, and I would definitely recommend her!

I come here every time I visit Seattle. I usually have an exceptional experience. The person who executed my service today seemed annoyed when I asked her to cut my toe nails shorter and was a little rough in pushing down my toes. Toes look great - but I would not want her again for service

I had recently moved to the Seattle area and had been trying for months to find a nail salon that worked for me. I decided to try out Ascend... Best manicure and pedicure EVER. The place was clean and decorated beautifully. Everyone was so nice and attentive and they worked on my pedicure and manicure AT THE SAME TIME. My sister and I were out in less than 90 minutes with perfection. I only remember my manicurist's name (Julia) but they were ALL great. Please, please try them out. They were fantastic. They deserve every 5 start review. Definitely my new go-to nail salon.

The shop was nearly full of pleasant staff and guests. We were welcomed kindly and after they confirmed our appointment we were directed to select our colors. Annie seated us in standard salon massage chairs, offered beverages and checked water temps before starting on my daughter’s pedi. Tina took care of my feet. I have a toenail that cracked on the edge and was growing inwards. She fixed it and gave me a great pedi. My daughter also got gel extension mani. I didn’t see the gal’s name, but she did a lovely job and my girl is ecstatic. pricing was appropriate. I’ll absolutely go back!

Phenomenal experience!! Cam is the go-to for pedicures; great foot and leg massage, thorough service and never misses a step. Nina is THE NAIL GIRL; if I show her a picture or a video, she delivers and adds her own twist. Plus, my nails are so healthy (both hands and feet) going to White Lotus; retention that lasts for 3-4 weeks and no ingrown toes. I cannot rave enough about WL Ballard, I recommend them to all my friends, coworkers and literally anyone who compliments my nails ❤️❤️❤️

Love white lotus it’s my go to nail salon since moving to Seattle!

I came in for my very first time after I read reviews since I’ve been looking for a new nail salon to go to after moving to Seattle from Portland over the summer. I booked with Nina and she did an amazing job, puts lots of time and detail into my nails, especially making sure they were all the same length which is something I always appreciate and not every technician will do that. I would also say the prices here are fair compared to other salons in Seattle and the quality of work is very good. I definitely plan to come back!

Another wonderful experience at excellent nails with Tee. I experienced the spa pedicure and a bikini wax. Tee did a great job. Thank you!
