Tiffany struggled to do ombre french manicure. I wish i had someone who can do this better as it is my wedding manicure. Last time when i did trial run with Elena, i loved it. That’s why i wanted to tip 15%, but there was no option for that. I don’t think tipping should start at 15% for not-so-great work.

I really appreciated the comfortable seating, natural light and upscale aesthetic. The quality of my dip manicures is always top notch at this and other locations operated by the same family, but I especially like this location for a more indulgent experience.

I had an exceptional experience at Ascend Nail Lounge today. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and highly skilled. The salon was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, making the whole visit feel luxurious. My nails look amazing, and the service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

I've been a regular client of Roosevelt and their related nail salons for years, and can't imagine going anywhere else. They don't do fancy nail art or ombre dip nails, but they're FANTASTIC at regular, acrylic, gel, and dip nails. Literally the best manicures I've ever had have all been from here, and the few times I've had to go elsewhere for whatever reason I was always sorely disappointed.

Isabel did a very good job on my manicure and pedicure. She is very personable and friendly.

Nice and friendly staff. Loved how Phi Phi was so gentle with my nails and that relaxing massage she gave me after my manicure, was the cherry on top!

Huy is a perfectionist about his work. His manicures are first rate. He always greets me with a smile. It took me a while to find him but I'm so glad I did!

Had a simple manicure, and it was a great experience. I’m not a chatty person and the nail tech didn’t mind. My nails are very short because they break easy and she was great about working on them. Can’t wait to go back!

My experience was great.Huy is a skilled manicurist and a very nice person with a sense of humor. But about two hours after I got home, the clear polish used on my fingernails started peeling off on 3 or 4 fingers. I had to take all the polish off and start over with my own clear polish. My total for manicure and pedicure was $84 including tip, which for me is no small change. The pedicure is fine, but I was surprised and disappointed about the manicure polish.
