Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

I have been going to regularly to Fran to have my waxing done and since the first day I had my first wax with Fran she has consistently made me feel at ease, being very friendly whilst being professional. I had a fantastic full body massage today with Fran who is incredibly diligent and clearly puts her whole heart into her work. I really appreciate the level of care, effort, and attention she puts into every massage or treatment I’ve had with her, her dedication truly shows. I was recommended Lauren by a friend who's gone to Lauren for years. She is just so lovely and really makes you feel comfortable. She has a very warm and bubbly personality, very attentive and non-judgemental. Made my first waxing experience a lot less painful.

Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.

I couldn’t be happier to be back with Lauren. There’s no one better in Bath in my view. Everything about my appointment was excellent, from the environment, the wax and the aftercare products. What a treat!

I took my two daughters aged 12 and 15 to have their eyebrows waxed and shaped as a half term treat. The girls loved it and Melanie had a wonderful manner with them, making them feel relaxed and listened too. The Cabin is beautifully done a warm calming space.
