Always a lovely experience when getting my nails done by Ava. She’s the nicest girl and makes me feel comfortable and welcome. I always get the best compliments after getting my nails done by her. She uses such precision to replicate all the difficult designs I come to her with ! The space is really cosy and clean, also has a TV which is always a bonus!! Its also dead centre in bath so really convenient about 5-10min from the bus station and in a nice location. 100% recommended if you are looking for a nice relaxed environment for incredible nails, she’s the go to !

It is the best salon I have found in Bath in two years or more. The atmosphere in the salon is super relaxing, elegant, refined and clean. I haven't had such gentle gel removal in a long time! Her passion shows in the excellent quality of work! I will definitely be back as I no longer want my nails done to a lower standard than she offers!!!!

Every time I have been at La Déesse I have come out feeling amazing and so pleased! Whether is my nails beautifully done and exactly as I wanted them or my PERFECT WOW eyelashes and eyebrows. I have had so many compliments on them that It really makes me feel like a goddess! so the name of this little gem I have found in Bath is just right for it! I have become a regular now and so happy can’t wait for my next appointment!!! Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

I had a really lovely pedicure. My toe nails are now summer-holiday ready, and just looking at them cheers me up! Esther is both highly capable and very warm, and I genuinely enjoyed our time together. I especially appreciated that she was able to come to my home, as I’m currently struggling with mobility issues. Her background in diabetic foot care was an added bonus and gave me extra confidence in her expertise. Everything felt clean and well maintained, and she took great care without rushing. The result looks fantastic, and the whole experience was uplifting — exactly what I needed.

Another amazing massage at the Thy Spa. The whole experience from arriving (delicious relaxing smells), the changing area and the treatment room is relaxing. Ms Joommy is a very skilled masseur and everything was perfect. I can't recommend this place enough. If you are in Bath or visiting this is most definitely the place for the best massage experience.

I had an oil massage and foot massage with Miss Joommy at Thy Spa Bath, and it was one of the best treatments I’ve ever experienced. She was absolutely amazing – I left feeling like I was floating on air. Her skill with pressure points, especially on my feet, was incredible. She managed to resolve issues I’ve been struggling with for years that even physiotherapy hadn’t been able to fix. I’ve genuinely noticed a huge difference since my treatment. The spa itself is spotlessly clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, and all the staff are charming and welcoming. I can’t wait to return. Book it!

A friend recommended Charlotte to me and I’m so glad she did, I had such the best experience with Charlotte, she managed to rescue my nails from a previous hatchet job by another salon. I now have the beautiful nails I’ve always wanted. Such a lovely kind and clearly very experienced nail technician. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend… I’ve already rebooked!
